What we do:
Your trace instruction is put through a unique data cleansing system where forwarding addresses, telephone numbers and other information is gathered. It is then given to a case handler where telephone calls are made, occupier letters and neighbour letters are sent. Results can be obtained at any point during this procedure.
Confirmation:
Arkline is aware that you may want to send a sheriff or serve documents at the address. So we make sure any trace address we obtain is confirmed by another source such as speaking with a neighbour or occupier.
Turn Around Times:
Arkline asks for a maximum of 28 days to complete enquiries, we try and get information to you beforehand. From experience we know that 28 days allow us to explore all lines of enquiry.
Volume Instructions:
Arkline can deal with volume instructions. If you wish to send it on a spreadsheet we can return the results that same way.
Urgent Tracing:
We can carry out same day trace enquires.
Field Visits:
Where our standard trace has failed and we feel a visit would be beneficial. We can send one of our experienced field force agents to the address to make local enquiries
